We strive to provide the best possible learning experience through our live robotics learning sessions. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in a course.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the Course Start Date.
- Course start date is the date of first upcoming Lecture 1 at the time of registration.
- If a participant misses a session or decides to discontinue after the course has started, no refund will be issued.
- In case of technical issues on our side that prevent the session from taking place, we will either reschedule or offer a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@roboticsbasics.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Course name and registration date
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited within 4 to 6 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-shows or failure to attend live sessions.
- Incomplete attendance.
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with the course description.
